Are you looking for family-friendly programs for all ages? At FVIS, we offer a variety of courses and activities for young children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Additionally, we offer courses specifically for women and specifically for men. We have classes for those born into Muslim families, and those who have embraced Islam. We also understand that some Muslims were born into Muslim families that did not practice Islam, and who may need to start over in a judgement-free zone. Weekend Islamic School
The FVIS Islamic School is a volunteer-run non-profit that provides educational services for children (ages 4-18). Our primary focus is to educate American Muslim children so that they develop into strong individuals who are proud of, and confident in their religion. We achieve our goal by providing our students with a strong background in the Quran and the Sunnah/Sirah that they can draw through adulthood. In addition to weekends, we also offer Arabic classes on Thursday evenings for learning or memorizing Quran. Please complete the registration form for each student. There is a $100 suggested registration fee per student (please approach us for a payment plan or alternatives). No student is turned away.

Shahada (New Muslims)

If so, we are here to assist you in every way we can, and we look forward to welcoming you into our loving community, providing you with the materials and foundational knowledge you need to start out on the right track, inshaAllah (God-willing).
Nikkah (Marriage)
Are you looking for a beautiful venue and a wonderful, supportive community to help you plan your nikkah? Fox Valley Islamic Society is more than happy to help you get everything in place…from helping you arrange pre-marital counseling to getting the masjid ready for your special day. We are grateful to be able to assist you as you embark on one of the most important steps in your life’s journey.
Janaza (Funeral) Services
Has someone dear to you passed away and you find yourself in need of funeral services for your friend or loved one? At Fox Valley Islamic Society, we believe it is a sacred honor and blessing to be able to assist the families of the deceased during one of their most difficult times. It would be our honor to help you and your family, and our community will support you in every way we can.
